ROADMAP
Twenty-four months, four phases
Each phase ends with something a customer can run in production, not a demo that needs an engineer standing next to it.
FoundationMONTHS 1-6
- Reference firmware on wristband and ECG patch, with device attestation
- Gateway with sensor fusion, DAG rule evaluation and a local approval queue
- Confirm and Notify modes, mobile approval surface, signed ledger
- First clinical pilot: one ward, ten rules, measured override rate
IntelligenceMONTHS 7-12
- Per-wearer baselines and adaptive thresholds
- Trust and urgency scoring in production; Auto and Defer modes
- Rule builder for non-engineers, with replay against recorded signal
- Explanation layer on approval cards
ScaleMONTHS 13-18
- Multi-tenant cloud and fleet management across thousands of devices
- FHIR R4 and OPC-UA connectors; hybrid on-premises deployment
- Industrial and workplace verticals in production
- Staged rollout tooling with control-group comparison
SovereignMONTHS 19-24
- Air-gapped build with offline rule signing and media-based updates
- Extended DDIL operation and mesh relay between gateways
- Post-quantum signing for firmware and ledger records
- Defence and critical-infrastructure references
Start with one ward, one shift, or one squad
A pilot runs four to sixteen weeks depending on deployment model. You bring the population and the responders. We bring devices, gateways and the first set of rules, and we measure override rate and time-to-answer from day one.
