Use of the service
BioFlow is provided under a written agreement. This page summarises the terms that apply to browsing this site and to evaluation accounts.
Not a medical device claim
BioFlow raises proposals and records decisions. It does not diagnose. Clinical judgement remains with the licensed professionals who use it.
Your responsibilities
You configure the rules, you name the responders, and you decide what expiry means for each gate. Those choices are recorded and are yours.
Availability
Service levels, including edge-autonomy behaviour during an outage, are defined in your agreement rather than here.
Data export
You may export your rules and decision ledger at any time, in an open format, including at the end of a pilot.
Changes
Material changes to these terms are notified in advance to the administrator contacts on your account.
