A summary of how BioFlow handles data. Your agreement governs; this page is here so nobody has to open a contract to understand the shape of it.
What we process
Physiological and contextual signal from devices you enrol, the rules you write, the decisions your responders make, and ordinary account data for the people who sign in.
Why we process it
To evaluate the rules you configured, to place proposals in front of the responders you named, and to keep the decision record those actions require.
Where it rests
By tenant and by region, according to your deployment model. In hybrid and air-gapped deployments no signal or ledger data leaves your perimeter at all.
Retention
Feature data and ledger records follow the retention schedule you set per rule. Raw waveform is retained only where a rule or a clinician explicitly requested it.
The wearer's rights
Access, export, correction and withdrawal of consent. Withdrawal disables the rules that depended on that consent immediately, not at the next sync.
Sub-processors
A current list is provided under your agreement and updated with notice before any change takes effect.
