PRICING

Priced by deployment, not by seat

Charging per user would push customers to give fewer people the ability to approve things, which is the opposite of what this platform is for.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Do you charge per approval?

No. Volume-based pricing on approvals would give a customer a financial reason to route more actions around the gate, which is exactly the behaviour the product exists to prevent.

Who owns the signal?

The wearer, in every model. Your contract governs what the organisation may see; the platform enforces it per rule and honours withdrawal immediately.

What happens after a pilot?

You keep the rules and the ledger. If you do not continue, we provide a full export in an open format; that is a contractual term, not a courtesy.

Can we bring our own devices?

Yes, if they can present the signal contract and attest firmware. Certification of a new device typically takes six to ten weeks.

Start with one ward, one shift, or one squad

A pilot runs four to sixteen weeks depending on deployment model. You bring the population and the responders. We bring devices, gateways and the first set of rules, and we measure override rate and time-to-answer from day one.
