Six certified devices, and a contract for the rest
BioFlow is not a hardware company. It certifies a reference set and adopts anything that can present the same signal contract and attest its firmware to the gateway.

| Smart ring | PPG, Temperature, IMU | 32 Hz | 6 days | Long-horizon baselines and sleep |
| EEG headband | 4-channel EEG, IMU | 256 Hz | 14 hours | Sleep clinics, research, cognitive load studies |

ECG patch
Single-lead cardiac monitoring that lasts a fortnight
SpecificationsWristband
The everyday sensor for staff fatigue and wellbeing
SpecificationsSmart ring
Continuous baselines, worn without thinking about it
SpecificationsEEG headband
Four channels for sleep and cognitive load studies
SpecificationsEarbuds
In-ear sensing for teams already wearing comms
SpecificationsTactical patch
Seventy-two hours with no uplink and no charger
SpecificationsAttested before it is trusted
A device proves its firmware measurement before any of its signal can influence a rule. Unrecognised builds are quarantined, not silently accepted.
Per-person baselines
Thresholds are learned per wearer, then held. A resting rate of 48 is an athlete, not an emergency; the platform knows which it is looking at.
Graceful degradation
Losing a channel narrows what rules can fire; it does not take the person off monitoring. Reduced-confidence proposals are labelled at the gate.
Start with one ward, one shift, or one squad
A pilot runs four to sixteen weeks depending on deployment model. You bring the population and the responders. We bring devices, gateways and the first set of rules, and we measure override rate and time-to-answer from day one.
