A pilot runs four to sixteen weeks depending on deployment model. You bring the population and the responders. We bring devices, gateways and the first set of rules, and we measure override rate and time-to-answer from day one.

What we measure

Override rate per rule, median time to answer, escalations, and how many proposals never needed a person at all.

Submissions are stored in the demo database and appear in the administrator portal under Pilot requests.
